Finalis Diebus Vectis

Finalis Diebus Vectis was my entry to the 2023 Narrat Game Jam! I thought it would be fun to put the text based RPG engine to the test by using it to design and program a simple strategy game, inspired by my visit to The Isle of Wight a few weeks prior. I'm really pleased that I was able to make it work in the short time the jam allowed! You can play Finalis Diebus Vectis on your browser here!

Features four distinct factions, each with their own gameplay style, victory conditions and difficulty. The Empire starts strong, but can collapse like a pack of cards. The weak soldiers of the Cult must spread spores to grow their unique unit.
